Timeline

Just thought that you folks might want to know what we’re up to!

8 Sep – night cycling recee. i shudder at the thought of close to 70km myself. we have cut down the route slightly, so we’re going to try it out for ourselves tonight. so don’t worry folks, whatever that you guys are doing, we have been there and done that.

20-22 Sep – we’ re going to have our very first council retreat @NSRCC, Changi. it is a time for both the year1s and the year2s to really spend time together, mull over what we have done for this past year, how we can improve, our plans, our hopes, our vision. if you have any feedback, please feel free to leave us a comment here or email us at spastudentcouncil@gmail.com

25 Sep PHYSIOTHERAPY DAY. do invite all your friends and family to come down to support us and yourselves too! it’s going to be held at the Amphitheatre @ Vivocity this year. it’ll be from 11am to 4pm. Guest of honour is going to be our Health Minister, Mr Khaw Boon Wan. There are going to be talks as well and booth displays as well. I will upload the timeline in the week of PT day.

3 Oct – NIGHT CYCLING. as of now, the route is not confirmed. we will come up with a finalised route tonight. sign up for night cycling with ANY council member. it’s an awesome time for cohort bonding, for a chance to challenge yourselves, for a chance to know other people, make new friends and do some exercise as well. heh, don’t we physiotherapists advocate exercising? so all the more, we should walk the talk and practise what we preach! looking forward to see you there!

the planning team for both the night cycling and the PT day has put in alot of effort in planning. the work that goes behind the scene is quite overwhelming. we’ll share with you as time goes by! so please, show us your support by coming. it’ll mean a lot to us.. 🙂

till then.
